AND I THINK MOST IMPORTANTLY, WHAT THIS DOESN'T SHOW, THERE'S A 15 INCH SEWER TRUNK LINE THAT WAS BUILT WITH THE ANA CAPRI DEVELOPMENT THAT FOLLOWS THE ALIGNMENT OF THAT CUL DE SAC AND THEN TURNS LEFT DOWN SILVER STAR ROAD.

TYPICALLY AFTER A FINAL PLAT IS RECORDED AND APPROVED THE APPLICANT WILL PULL A BUILDING PERMIT.
THEN CAN START CONSTRUCTION OF THE HOME AFTER THEY HAVE COMPLETED ALL OF THEIR INSPECTIONS.
SO THIS IS A COMPANION ITEM TO A RECENTLY APPROVED PARK FEE REIMBURSEMENT AGREEMENT AMENDMENT.

THEY CHANGED IT, THE FIRST ONE FROM 50 TO 100 AND THE SECOND FROM 100 TO 200.
SO THE PRIMARY REQUEST IS TO AMEND THE LANGUAGE AS IT RELATES TO THE AMENITY CENTER POOL.
CURRENTLY IT READS THAT THEY WOULD HAVE TO COMPLETE THE AMENITIES PRIOR TO THE ISSUANCE OF THE 250TH BUILDING PERMIT, AND THEY'RE PROPOSING TO CHANGE IT TO THE LAST CERTIFICATE OF OCCUPANCY IN THE PHASE.
